Sport aerobics is a high paced, energetic combination of choreography, strength, flexibility and fitness!  It combines the specific elements of aerobics, the flexibility, strength and agility of gymnastics and the showmanship, choreography and creativity of dance!

At Meg Ryan Sport Aerobics, there is a class for everyone. Whether your child is a beginner or an experienced athlete, our expert coaches will find a suitable level of sport aerobics for them. 

In 2013, Meg was introduced to sport aerobics at high school, when she joined her first sport aerobics team. Immediately falling in love with the sport, Meg wanted more and went on to represent both school and club at state and national level, achieving 12 Australian titles in the process.

During High School Meg quickly gained her coaching qualifications: Specialist school stream coach, Accredited FISAF coach, Gymnastics Australia coach accreditation, FISAF judging accreditation and now proudly sits on the Australian judging panel.

Whilst completing her Bachelor’s degree, Meg decided that she wanted to spread her love of sport aerobics. In 2020 Meg Ryan Sport Aerobics was established to offer schools sport aerobics programs. To date, Meg Ryan Sport Aerobics has a number of schools participating in the school’s program and also offers athletes the opportunity to compete at club level at state, national and international competitions.

As the director of Meg Ryan Sport Aerobics School and Club programs, Meg loves working with athletes of all levels and abilities to help them achieve their goals, sharing her experience and genuine passion for the sport with her athletes.
