Aerofit classes allow athletes to learn the foundations of sport aerobics in an encouraging environment while developing both fine and gross motor skills as well as flexibility, strength, coordination and teamwork, whilst having fun and keeping active.
Our Aerofit athletes gain confidence through learning a routine which is suited to their age and ability, whilst still letting their personality shine through!
They attend weekly 1 hour classes where they will learn new skills, increase flexibility & strength and learn their own routine.
Athletes then have the option to perform this routine as a solo or small team at one or both of our MRSA run competitions, QCup and MRSA Gala.
This is the perfect low-commitment program and is an optimal introduction to club sport aerobics!
