At Meg Ryan Sport Aerobics, we are so excited to welcome you to try something new. Our recreational classes are fun and exciting.

These classes allow athletes to learn the foundations of sport aerobics in an encouraging environment.

These classes are for beginner to intermediate level and provide a great introduction to sport aerobics or some extra experience and training for those students participating in sport aerobics programs at their school.

We also offer regular holiday workshops and short-term recreational programs for school age children.

Aerofit classes allow athletes to learn the foundations of sport aerobics in an encouraging environment while developing  both fine and gross motor skills as well as flexibility, strength, coordination and teamwork, whilst having fun and keeping active.

Our Aerofit athletes gain confidence through learning a routine which is suited to their age and ability, whilst still letting their personality shine through!

They attend weekly 1 hour classes where they will learn new skills, increase flexibility & strength and learn their own routine.

Athletes then have the option to perform this routine as a solo or small team at one or both of our MRSA run competitions, QCup and MRSA Gala.

This is the perfect low-commitment program and is an optimal introduction to club sport aerobics!
